Construction HiScores / Statistics Additional Information Construction Mastery After achieving level 99 Introducing The Construction Skill This guide assumes you have a semi-decent bank, as you will be spending quite a bit of cash on supplies. There will be cheaper alternatives mentioned as well if you're willing to go that route. The skill Construction can be very vital to a player if you like to be resourceful and or simply love having your own hang out place.. Your own Player Owned House. However, being on a server can make it difficult to actually find much use for your own POH. Either way I hope this guide helps you quickly max the skill or gain 200m experience and never look back. Construction Equipment Before you can build anything at all, you will need to make sure you have purchased the correct tools and supplies, specific to the type of object you want to build. You can purchase Construction equipment from the Sawmill Operator to get started. These items can also be bought by Iron Man Accounts Tools Hammer - You will need this to get started for building furniture Saw - You will need this to get started for building furniture Nails Bronze, Iron, and Steel Nails - Used to construct certain types of wooden furniture. These can be bought from the Sawmill Operator. Would recommend only using these nails for building furniture. These can be bought from the Sawmill Operator. Recommend just using Iron. Black, Mithril, Adamantite, and Rune Nails - Are not necessary for building your POH. However use them if you have them. Most pieces of higher-tier furniture do not require nails to construct. You can not buy these from the Sawmill Operator. Other Materials / Supplies These items can be bought from the Sawmill Operator Bolt of Cloth - Used to build objects such as wooden beds, curtains and also rugs. Limestone Brick - A well carved limestone brick. Used to create Stone furniture, help create marble furniture and more. Marble Block - A beautifully carved marble block. Used to create an Ornate rejuvenation pool, Marble furniture and more. Magic Stone - A magic stone to make high-level furniture. Used to make different types of Altars, Nexus portal and more. Gold Leaf - A very delicate sheet of gold. Used to build over 70+ different pieces of furniture. Ornate Jewellery box, Gilded furniture and more. Fairy Enchantment - required in planting fairy rings or spirit tree & fairy ring within a player's Superior Garden. Ancient Signet - required in building ancient altars or occult altars within a player's Achievement Gallery. Arceuus Signet - required in building dark altars or occult altars within a player's Achievement Gallery. Lunar Signet - required in building lunar altars or occult altars within a player's Achievement Gallery. Planks and Servants Plank - Made from normal logs, it is the lowest-level type of plank. These can be bought from the Sawmill Operator. Oak Plank - Made from oak logs, can start using these at level 15. Recommend waiting until level 19+. These can be bought from the Sawmill Operator. Teak Plank - Made from teak logs, used to make moderately high level furniture. Recommend waiting to use these until at least level 35. Mahogany Plank - Made from mahogany logs, and are the highest level planks to use. Recommend waiting to use until level 40 or 52. Butler - Unlocked at level 40. The butler has inventory space for 20 items and a trip time of 12 seconds. Demon Butler - Unlocked at level 50. The Demon Butler has inventory space for 26 items and a trip time of 7 seconds. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 1,000,000 COINS TO BUY A HOUSE FROM THE ESTATE AGENT TO GET STARTED Location of where to train Construction south of ::home teleport or west of afk zone MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 1,000,000 COINS TO BUY A HOUSE FROM THE ESTATE AGENT TO GET STARTED Starting from Level 1 to 99 Getting started Bring a Hammer, Saw, Nails, 1,000,000 gp, and un-noted Planks. Speak to the Estate Agent and select " How can I get a house? " and then select " Yes, Please! " to buy your first starter house. Right click on the portal and click " Build Mode " to access your house in Build Mode. Fastest Route Level 1 to 52 Build: Crude Wooden Chairs Items: Hammer, Saw, Planks and Nails required Room: Parlour [Price: free] Level 52 to 79/99 Build: Mahogany Tables Items: Hammer, Saw, Mahogany Planks required Room: Dining Room [Price: 5000gp] Servant: Demon Butler Level 79 to 99 Build: Marble Attack Stone Items: Hammer, Saw, and Marble blocks required Room: Games room [Price: 25,000gp] Servant: Demon Butler Good to know: Keep Noted Materials in inventory, right-click use on Butler/Demon Butler to un-note for faster xp. Make sure to have two bedrooms built to be able to hire a servant. Cheaper Alternative Route Level 1 to 33 Build : Crude Wooden Chairs Items: Hammer, Saw, Planks and Nails required Room: Parlour [Price: free] Level 33-99 Build : Oak Larders Items: Hammer, Saw, Oak Planks required Room: Kitchen [Price: 5000gp] Good to know: Keep Noted Materials in inventory, right-click use on Butler/Demon Butler to un-note for faster xp. Make sure to have two bedrooms built to be able to hire a servant. Extra Features Well of Goodwill The Well Of Goodwill is an object in the game that, when filled, grants a global experience boost of 25% to everyone. Vote Book Obtained through voting, or from another player. Redeeming this book grants you (100%) DOUBLE experience boost for a half hour (30mins.) Bonus Experience Scroll Obtained through voting, the vote shop, from another player, etc. Redeeming this scroll grants you (100%) DOUBLE experience boost for 1 hour (60mins.) Donator benefits? To be continued... Construction Pet? No current pet at this moment, but one was suggested on ::discord! ----Search " Construction Pet " at the Suggestions tab. Construction HiScores / Statistics As of 08 DEC 24, there are currently… 22 Players who have achieved level 99 in Construction. 0 of them having achieved maxed experience in the skill - 200,000,000. Construction Mastery When you have reached level 99 in the Construction skill, you can purchase the Construction skill cape and hood for 100,000 coins from the Wise Old Man, who is located in the small house North-West of ::home.
